The Social Functioning in Dementia scale (SF-DEM)
The SF-DEM is a new assessment tool for assessing social functioning in dementia which includes researcher/clinician-completed questionnaires that can be filled out based on an interview with either a person with mild dementia or a carer. The development and validation of this tool was reported for a UK-based cohort of 60 people.
