Cognitive, physical health

Data collection

Complete a questionnaire at home followed by 3 hours long clinic visit for physical assessment (bone density, fat and lean mass, muscle strength, balance and pulmonary function),informant questionnaire on cognitive decline , and blood tests

  • Adjudicated dementia (assessed by  Geriatrician and consensus diagnosis by a panel) at baseline

  • Addenbrooke’s cognitive examination,

  • MMSE at 2 year and 5 year follow ups
